KenzFigee’s Bulkbuster crane is developed with the aim to transship bulk in exposed areas. The development of the Bulkbuster is a result of years of knowledge and practical know-how of the Lemniscate cranes and offshore cranes.
For the components lifespan, KenzFigee has taken a more dynamic load design into account because of seaway conditions during bulk handling.

DOUBLE JIB LEVEL LUFFING

The Double Jib Level Luffing crane is, like the Lemniscate crane, able to move the load in horizontal direction without vertical movement and thus not requiring any lift capacity (and energy) during the horizontal movement. A double boom principle delivers an optimum balance between weight and center of gravity.
The Double Jib Level Luffing crane type is a three boom system: the main jib (front arm), the jib tie (rear arm) and the jib fly (upper arm). The pull- and pressure boom are in a vertical position when the crane is at medium outreach. This contributes to an optimization of the balancing system of the crane.
LEMNISCATE CRANES

The Lemniscate crane offers high capacity loading and offloading of ships, whilst maintaining stability and buoyancy of the vessel. The load can be moved in horizontal direction without vertical movement and thus not requiring any lift capacity (and energy) during the horizontal movement.
